Cancellation & Refunds Policy

CSK Technologies OPC Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Data Grabify (the “Service”).

Eligibility

As Data Grabify is a digital subscription, refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase for unused or technically unworkable access, subject to review of account activity.

How to request

1. Email info@datagrabify.com from your registered email with order ID and reason.
2. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve or approve the refund.
3. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable

• Abuse of fair-use limits or violation of Terms.
• Change of mind after significant usage of features/credits.
